Shaughnesy Postell, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Shaughnesy Postell, PTA, resides in Waynesville, NC with her husband and two kids. Undergrad degree, BS, at UNCG in Exercise and Sports Science and attended South College Asheville for Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been in practice since May 2011 with Southeastern Physical Therapy and specializes in orthotics, kinesio tape and post operative care of all orthopaedic conditions. She enjoys attending Tuscola Football games where her husband is a coach and being a mom to Ella Grace and Braydon.

Chris Gregorski, PT

Physical Therapist

Chris Gregorski PT, DPT attended Clemson University (Go tigers!) in 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and continued to Wingate University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating in 2018. He worked as a traveling physical therapist, gaining experience in a variety of settings. Chris specializes in orthopedic injuries with a background in advanced manual techniques (manipulations, IASTM, dry needling), chronic pain, post-operative cases, balance training and sports-related injuries. He enjoys mountain motorcycle rides, long dog walks, snowboarding, and playing practical jokes on his PTA, Shaughnesy.

Travis Routh, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Travis Routh PT, DPT, earned his undergrad degree in Exercise Science from High Point University in High Point, NC. Following graduation, Travis then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University in 2015. With a primary interest in orthopedics, Travis has taken continuing education courses for management of orthopedic conditions including lower back pain, upper and lower extremity disorders, sports specific training, and manual therapy approaches.
